In my opinion the perfect margarita is made with fresh squeezed lime juice, quality tequila, served over ice and must have salt on the rim of the glass. Too bad it's still so chilly outside as I'd like nothing better than to sit in our backyard with a margarita this weekend. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
